Limit yourself, remain in cell. the life you are living is the one you've chosen for yourself. every man you see in existence either in one level or the other, is responsible for the outcome of their lives.
Praying is good infarct Jesus Christ recommended praying always without ceasing. but no amount of prayer can be a substitute for the place of thoughts in a mans life.
"Your Thoughts are your Ladder to the Top"
The way you lay your ladder for climbing determines how safely you get to the top. your life depends wholesomely on your thoughts that is, your life is a function of your thoughts. every man is a product of his thought.
Think about it, before you take certain actions, your mind knows it first so the actions you choose to take in a particular time is a product of thoughts. no man ever wakes up and become what he never thought of, although this can happen maybe as a result of God's supernatural Favor on you. but that's just a favorable coincidence.
the heart (the Mind) is the central figure of a man's life so do not underestimate it.
From a research carried out as we went asking people several questions of how well God has been to them, during the course of this exercise, a man quote "I have been poor and i Have been rich, rich is better. but there're still some memories i will leave with all my life. wow! i have never been better than my thoughts, Glory be to God"
this man understood the place of thoughts. therefore it is time for you to also clearly understand the power of thoughts. and how to guide them.
Now there are two sides of thoughts just as you've got back and front, thoughts also got those.

THE BACK AND FRONT OF THOUGHTS:
The Negative: Obviously, negative here connotes the back side of thoughts. but the big truth is that it's the front side of it. seeing things from behind is technically a task but seeing it from the front is a pleasure. the pleasure of seeing from the front is undeniable as you are able to determine if you sit or stand. this means that our thoughts only play games with us (the negative side specifically) it makes us to take decisions that hurt others around us. it makes us to feel that after forgiveness, it is avoidance. it inflicts fear upon us and also make us see false things that are not really there. the negative thought is toxic to our health.
SIGNS A NEGATIVE THINKER:
a. they begin to believe and try to convince others into believing that nobody is worth being trusted
their past follows them around everywhere they go. negative thoughts gathers it's strength from past negative events. and guess what, it makes the devil closer to you if you by any means fall in this category.
b. They still try to help God after asking him for help:
they will say; God i have a veil can you please direct me? and God says alright. but there they go trying to find their way to light it happens that way sometimes. we commit our problems into God's hands and we end up taking responsibilities back from him as a result of negative thoughts. this is different as of the case of not trusting anyone. in this case, you want to see it happening not only because you needed help but because you don't want to see that moment ending up like the others
c. Everybody automatically becomes a suspect:
even the cockroaches in their cupboard.A negative person tends to live by approval (which they don't even believe it's coming from your heart) they are approval addicts, so if you do not pay attention to them, tell them they did well, forget it, you are already a suspect. this behaviour has caused them to live without understanding.
d. They don't want to make mistakes ever in their life, but they end up sleeping off.
e. They don't follow God's footstep but they practice religion more than anyone.

Okay what happens to a negative minded person?
A. Their risen self threatens to destroy them: and the have no choice but end up as beggars; the tend to spoil their efforts. after years of investing in something, they end up destroying it. they don't value the other good people live because they feel those people will end up judging them.
B. They now see life as survival of the fittest: they don't help or give advice because they care but because they want to have a sense of control..
All these they do because they don't actually know there're doing it.
Knowing about the left side of thoughts how will you deal with the right right which happens to be the back?
NOW LETS TAKE A LOOK.
