WHO WE ARE

Think Big Ministries is a Multi-Dimensional youths organization

based on Eight fundamental principles of life that stand on

Seven Pillars of. TBYO. It was founded by God through his privileged

son, "Daniel Innocent’’ and launched Firstly in a school as a reading club in 2019.

It was inspired by the holy spirit and  a book. The mandate: unite my children back

to me. “I have given you wisdom to

preach my word, do not be afraid am

with you, I have made you  a giant and

strong’’. The mandate was given on

February 2017 in Benin City, Edo state

around 2am in the morning in a night

vision.

Our mission

Preach the Gospel, turn  all back to

Christ fully and make the earth suitable

for God’s Glory.

Wipe every pollution, clear every Road

by grass, open closed door

and reveal the true light that leads to

salvation's.

Our Vision

To Raise Giants by establishing a

kingdom whereby only Giants in Christ

Jesus

exist to turn our territory to Christ and the will of God. in summary, to Raise territory taking and dominating Giants for ‘’Christ’’

The Goal is the keep youth off the streets by creating a safe environment for educational and developmental purpose, enabling young people to meet with their peers in the lord, socialize and become part of the full Christian home.

It is concerned with nurturing personal growth and offering activities that challenge and stimulate young people to use their talents.

TBM is a Power-Based Multi-dimensional Youth organization,

running on Eight Fundamental Principles of life. It was Founded in 2017 by

Daniel Innocent after a Spiritual Encounter with God. It believes that by thinking big,
youths can be able to plan and prepare for how and when God wants to use them by submitting to God’s will and when  he comes. Enables all to dream big for God.

To help all youths understand that they’ve  been sent by God, on a mission here on earth  which must be discovered, not arrogantly but harmlessly (matthew 10 :16) it allows youth express their talents, use their God given abilities with the opportunity of showcasing it to the world in a Godly manner.

Youth must not simultaneously use their talents (in the world and in church ). It can cause division between them and God. They must realise that true happiness comes from total control of self. They Must realise their Godly Genotyp and functions in it as it reflects on them and shines into the eyes of others.

Project Process

The TBYO will run in two dimensions.

1.     In Schools

2.     In Churches

1.1.   Our Goal is to reach out to ever school across Nigerian, with the Good intention of creating a club known as the TBRC (Think Big Reading Club). The club will run with principles which each member must obey. But first, the School must first of all welcome the TBYO. There must understand that we are not trying to share them, and must agree to
the terms and conditions which are as follows; 1.2. The School must be willing to support us by letting their School’s

TBRC  Leaders to attend meetings on Sundays and Fridays, run Quiz Debates with other Schools with TBRC, organize fellowships in Schools Specifically on Fridays when meeting for anything.

1.3.         There will please support by talking to and encouraging students to join, invite their friends and also let them know the good benefits. 1.4.         The “TBRC” is going to become really powerful as all Leaders will have the opportunity to learn new things, create units which are; Drama Units (Entertainment Unit), Choir, Media Unit (Also Research Squad), Security, Teachers, Preachers, etc.

THE BENEFITS

The Benefits of Having TBYO are;

1.4.1.  Helping the students realise the true beauty of learning each subject, by letting them know why it is necessary to, and how it can be used in the future this include teaching them how to pick carriers for themselves without having to think or look too far.

1.4.2.  Making those children a difference in their world and in the Society.

1.4.3.  Helping them know why the

Educational board is in existence.

1.4.4.  Training each child in the way of God.

1.4.5.  Each member will learn to set goals for what him/ herwants to achieve at the end of each term and submit those goals to their School’s TBRC Secretary, and at the end of each term, they are expected to come with a report or result of achievement which will qualify them for a Certificate of achievement and a gift, to encourage each member to keep up with the good work. They will be trained to set goals for themselves for the future.

1.4.6.  Each Student will get the opportunity to meet Students from other Schools, socialise, and learn new things together.they will be taught rules and how to obey them and also the importance of obeying them.

1.4.7.  Each student will be exposed to new levels of learning, like new Spiritual Exercises, Going to Interview people on the way, Preaching, learning how to save, plan, how to ask questions and get answers in an interview and also how to pass interviews. Other benefits will be known after joining.

Our Good for schools in 2019

1.     To make the school a place of learning and earning only : A lot of times, students caught doing other things the main reason why there are in school. Most  times they discourage teachers and loved for putting most effort and give more attention to them in the aspect of education. If a student can understand and realise the reason why we are all in school, it can help to reduce corruption in our society, boast educational excellence, remove negativity and help to improve focus . 2.     To make sure that each child realize the true beauty of  learning :often time, students are forced to go to school. this is because they have taken  education as a burden upon them:while this does not generalize just be bored about the whole thing of studying.They which they could just leave freely. ’’Think Big’’ Can improve and make the School lively. By letting them know that studying organize cam improve their thinking ability, give them study tips, how to study and teach them to love their teacher and the subject their teach, teach them how to manage their sense of responsibility, prioritize by doing first things first. 3.     To develop the following topic successfully.

3.1.         Being a financial literate by start keeping a record of all savings, and expenditures. Know your constraint before head with respect to money stop spending on things you don’t need.

3.3.         The system is not your enemy: don’t work against your authority talk to them when there's a problem. 3.4.         People always talk: learn to ignore them. 3.5.         Set goal 3.6.         Stay healthy 3.7.         Punctuality is mandatory. 3.8.         Don’t take it easy etc.

4.  To make sure that children talent in life and in school should not be a guessing game, but must be really certain. If teacher knows the special abilities of students, it might help them know how to teach them and make decisions for them appropriately. It can also help children in solving the issues of choosing carriers for themselves in the future.

The Eight Pillars

Eight Pillars Of TBYO

The TBYO Operates on Eight Fundamental  Pillars which all doctrines are based on.

T: The “T” in Think Big stands for Talent:  Under the Talent, we Have “Time” According to the dictionary, a talent is a natural endowment of a person. It is an ability or natural capacity that we have, which may range from our creativity to our athletic abilities. We all have them, but we are not always so good at identifying what they are. Sometimes they can be right in front of us, and we miss them.

If we can help children determine what their talents are, it can help them tap into amazing resource that can help them in every aspect of their life, including their Choice of Carriers. Whether there are searching for the perfect type of  business to begin or want to find ways to grow the one they have, they may find the answer in their personal talents.

H: The “H” in Think Big Stands for Honesty and under it, “Hope” Honesty is when you speak the truth and act truthfully.

What is honesty? Many children think honesty means you "don't tell a lie"-- and that is definitely part of being honest. But honesty means more than not lying. A more complete definition of honesty shows that an honest person doesn't do things that are morally wrong. If something you do is breaking the law or if you have to hide what you are doing because you'll get in trouble, you are probably not being honest. So honesty is about speaking and acting truthfully. Think Big Can let them know each type of honesty.

What is honesty? – The first part of honesty is about what you say

Honesty is speaking the truth. Saying things that aren't true, or that you think might not be true, or that you are making up to hide the truth are all types of lies. Lying is not honest (also called being dishonest) because you are saying something that isn't true.

Examples of what speaking the honest truth means:

·         Honesty means you don't say things about people that aren't true. You are not being honest if you make up rumors about someone or if you share rumors someone else made up. More will be thought in TBRC.

I: The “I” in Think Big Stands for Insight: Under it, we have “Intimacy” Insight is concerned with creating awareness, Understanding, intuition, Perception Discernment and Perceptiveness in every area of life to the children.

N: The “N” in Think Big Stands for Niceness and under it, “Neatness” Children must understand that being nice doesn’t mean you are weak, but only makes you a winner. Nice guys always win no matter what.

K: The “K” in Think Big Stands for Knowledge and under it, “Keeping” Knowledge is what we use to express wisdom. Without knowledge, no wisdom. Because wisdom is the right application of knowledge. Think Big enables
children to know the kinds of knowledge they must know or not know. Things they must learn and not learn, see and not see.

B: The “B” in Think Big Stands for Books and under it, “Brains” Books are words of great men passed down to us in written form. Even God encourages us to read. We can gather knowledge about almost anything without depending on any one when we read. Books are like mirrors of life, they help us see our back.

I: The second “I” in Think Big Stands for Indebt Learning and under it, “Impact” G: The “G” in Think Big Stands for God and under, we get the “L” which translates as Love That gives us access to heaven at the end. And if we cultivate this love, make it grow, we wild then have Go+l+d which is equals to Gold. God wants us to love. As a matter of fact, love covers a variety of sins. Glossary of terms
