When you ask a young person "What is our Talent", you hear things like; i can dance, sing, play the keyboard, skate, i mastered and developed football skills. without noticing, there have switched talent for performance. it's really difficult to find that one person in their midst who stands out to say can a thing like "i am really good at maths" or "I've got the talent or reasoning ability to reason a situation to the point of finding solutions"
Regardless of whatever you do, you need to know the purpose to make a difference in your world.
Although
Sometimes, not knowing what you're doing allows you to do things you never knew you could do. you should not be concerned at other men not knowing you; you should be concerned at your own want of ability. God is best known in not knowing him.
Some Definitions of Talents:
1a: The natural endowments of a person
b: archaic : a characteristic feature, aptitude, or disposition of a person or animal
3: general intelligence or mental power : ABILITY
4: a person of talent or a group of persons of talent in a field or activity
Now lets take a glance on this definitions one after the other.
a: The natural endowments of a person: we will look at this in the Biblical term. the Books of
James1:17-RSVA Quoted;
17 Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change
prayer is not a substitute for the place of talent in our lives. firstly, The book of James described talent with two words. The "Good" and the "Perfect" Gift. this clearly mean that Talents are good for every individual even if you don't aknowledge the fact. the fact that you haven't discovered it yet or probably aren't sure if you've found it doesn't mean you don't have one.
Only God gives good things and this good things are given perfectly to the perfect individual whom he has commited the affairs of life that has everything to do with those gifts to.
God commited the Land of cannan into the hands of the israelites and at the same time commited the israelites into the hands of Moses. Deuteronomy 1:25"Then they took some of the fruit of the land in their hands and brought it down to us; and they brought us back a report and said, 'It is a good land which the LORD our God is about to give us.'
some people are already doubting their abilities. they believe it's imposible for God to give such little thing to someone he claims to love and the term it a talent. There have searched and seen, but are still searching for what they've already seen.the big truth is That God does what pleases him and the things which he does are perfect. Psalm 115: 2-3
2Why should the Gentiles say,
“So where is their God?”
3But our God is in heaven;
He does whatever He pleases.
Luke 18:19
And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good except God alone.
"Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
"Speak to all the congregation of the sons of Israel and say to them, 'You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am holy.
