THERE IS A GOD IN MAN

We are the poured out version of God.

"God is purposeful, creative and organised so we are designed to be the same"

-Think Big-

God the creator poured out his own nature into humans when he established their nature.
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Genesis 2:7"
Man is nothing but mere dust meant to return to it's original form after a  certain length of time put in place to exist but God has made man to look like him in almost every aspect of his nature.
But when sin came, there came the downfall of man because he lost everything to sin. he was death. being dead means dyeing spiritually.
Man died spiritually in essence that he was no longer able to exhibit the spirit of leadership that God had already put in him. but today, you will realize that there is a God in you.
There are a lot of philosophies today regarding leadership or leaders.
here are common philosophies as outlined in the Book, "The Spirit O Leadership"

Birth Trait Theory:
a) "Leaders are born not made"
It is this philosophy that has resulted in the blocking of our own leadership potentials and developement and has now surrendered our untapped leadership capacity to the control and limitations of others.
b) "Leadership by province"
This theory argues that leadership is reserved for a few by God. this has dumped a lot of people under the feet of others as followers without a hope. most people believe that they were born to follow. but the main purpose for God's superior creation was to have dominion.
Genesis 1:26-28 King James Version (KJV)26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
c) "Leadership is a result of charismatic personalities"
This means that people who exibit special traits such as; Extroverts, Magnetic speakers, and so on, were naturally meant to lead. but in every generation, there are significant leaders who do not display the charismatic traits celebrated by this philosophy. "It only takes crisis for someone to step forward and reveal his or her leadership abilities.
d) "Leadership is a product of a forceful personality"
This theory puts those who are authoritarians on the spotlight. this people are coldly, calculating, non-nonsense taking, hardworking, impatient, quick tempered, and moody. why? these theory come from the concept that people are normally and naturally lazy and have to be forced, threatened and manipulated if anything is going to be accomplished. but what defies this belief is that: "People are more productive and co-operative when they are inspired rather than manipulated by leaders"
e) "Leadership is a result of special training"
The book "The spirit of leadership" explains that, True leadership is not techniques, a method, a style or the acquisition of skills. it is the manifestation of an attitude based on the knowledge of who you are.
we should never allow anybody to get the idea that we don't have a will or some sense of point of view or unique perspective of our own.
Others should be in position and authority over us which we should respect, but that doesn't mean that they stifle our inherent potentials as leaders.
